Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their purchase, as per EU Directive 2011/83/UE. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase. Returns are at the customer’s expense. Some items, such as personalized or opened products (e.g., software or media), are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of acceptance of the returned item, excluding shipping fees.
