If you have placed an order on buyphone.be and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are at the right place. In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without providing any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as your initial transaction, at no extra cost to you. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The buyer must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day they communicate their withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. The buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery;
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
